Essential precautions for using 5T Fitness Complexe activities and facilities safely.
Scope of This Information
Content and advice published by 5T Fitness Complexe is intended for general information and fitness guidance. It does not constitute a diagnosis, prescription or personalised medical advice.
Before You Begin
If you have pain, an injury, are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication or are returning after a period of inactivity, seek advice from a healthcare professional before exercising. Tell our team about any limitation relevant to your safety.
During Exercise
Adjust the intensity to your fitness level, follow instructions and use each piece of equipment only as intended. Stop immediately if you feel unwell or experience unusual pain, dizziness or breathing difficulties.
Do not use damaged equipment or equipment that appears to be malfunctioning; notify a team member.
Pool and Wellness Areas
Wet floors, heat and immersion require particular care. Follow hygiene rules, recommended time limits, circulation areas and all restrictions displayed for the pool, sauna and steam room.
Avoid these areas when your health, medication or alcohol consumption makes their use inadvisable.
Role of Our Coaches
Our coaches adapt exercises within the scope of their fitness expertise. They do not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or other healthcare professional and cannot provide a medical diagnosis.
Children and Supervision
Children may participate only in activities appropriate for their age and under the authorisation or supervision rules set by the complex. Their legal representative must provide any information necessary for their safety.
Incident or Emergency
In the event of an accident or sudden illness, stop the activity, alert the team immediately and follow the instructions provided. Do not move an injured person unless there is an immediate danger.
