Terms and Conditions

Scope

These terms govern the relationship between 5T Fitness Complexe, operator of the facilities located in Douala, Yassa, Cité SAD-Mailles 19 and 22, and any person using its services, purchasing a product or subscribing to a plan.

Subscribing to or using a service means that the member has read the applicable terms, displayed prices and house rules provided to them.

Services and Memberships

Services may include access to fitness areas, coached sessions, group activities, aquatic and wellness areas, and products offered in the shop. Availability depends on opening hours, capacity, maintenance operations and safety requirements.

The selected plan, its duration, included services and any restrictions are presented before confirmation. Membership is personal and may not be lent, transferred or resold without written approval from the complex.

Prices and Payment

The applicable prices are those displayed or communicated when the order is placed. Payment is made using one of the methods accepted by the complex. The service is confirmed once payment or the agreed payment arrangement has been approved.

A payment incident may result in temporary suspension of access until the account is settled. Proof of payment should be retained to facilitate verification.

Term, Suspension and Cancellation

The duration of a plan and its renewal terms are specified when subscribing. A request for suspension, postponement or cancellation must be submitted to reception with any required supporting documents.

Specific refund or postponement conditions depend on the plan purchased, its use and the reason provided. They are reviewed by the team before written confirmation.

Access and House Rules

Every user must respect opening hours, authorised areas, hygiene rules, team instructions and the equipment provided. Dangerous, disrespectful or disruptive conduct may result in refused access or suspension.

Children are admitted only to activities and under conditions defined by the complex, with the required authorisation and supervision.

Health and Safety

Every participant must ensure that their health is compatible with the chosen activity, report any limitation relevant to their safety and adjust the intensity to their level. When in doubt, seek advice from a healthcare professional before participating.

Instructions from coaches and staff must be followed, particularly when using equipment, the pool, sauna and steam room. Any unusual pain or discomfort requires the activity to be stopped immediately.

Liability

5T Fitness Complexe takes reasonable measures to maintain the quality and safety of its facilities. Users remain responsible for following instructions, using equipment appropriately and looking after their personal belongings.

Any damage, incident or malfunction must be reported to the team immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

Personal Data

Information required to manage requests, memberships, payments and member relationships is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Choices relating to cookies are explained in our cookie policy.

Complaints and Applicable Law

Any question or complaint may be submitted to reception, by telephone at +237 699 00 79 11, or directly at the complex. The parties will seek an amicable resolution in good faith.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Cameroon. If no amicable agreement can be reached, the dispute will fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
